Precision Fuel & Hydration PF 300 Flow Gel

Fuelling during long runs is now easier with the Precision Fuel & Hydration PF 300 Flow Gel. One giant resealable pouch packed with 300g of carbohydrates, equivalent to 10 standard PF 30 gels! 

The Flow Gel has been developed to flow more freely than the PF standard gel, so there's no need to add any water.  You can eat it  straight from the pouch, or refill it to the Precision Flow Bottle or Flow Flask. 

The "Original" flavour is mild and neutral with a hint of citrus to avoid taste fatigue on longer activities. The texture is slightly jelly-like, made to decrease stickiness in the mouth and without the need for immediate fluid consumption.
