The On Running Cloud X 4 is highly popular for cross training and gym sessions. Whether you're doing treadmill runs, HIIT, mountain climbers, squat jumps, burpees, or box jumps, this lightweight ultra-flexible shoe gives moderate support and the ideal ground feel you need.

The Cloud X 4 gets upgraded with a nylon-blend X-shaped Speedboard®, offering both flexibility for barefoot movement and stability for jumps and lateral movements. It also gets the premium Helion™ superfoam midsole for extra padding, cushioning and comfort in the heel.
